Jorge Oliva Rossi
Founder
Jorge Oliva Rossi is an essential part of the team, and has been with Sanroman Coffee, LLC since the very beginning. As a one of the Founders, He has ensured that countless clients receive exactly what they need and are completely satisfied. I was born in Guatemala. Guatemala has one of the best coffees beans in the world. I grew up around the coffee industry by visiting Antigua and making trips to other regions in the country. Guatemala is ranking 9th in the world, and their production is almost exclusively Arabica. Guatemala retains a reputation for producing high-quality beans with complex flavor profiles. Guatemala benefits from high altitudes and as many as 300 unique microclimates. There is constant rainfall in most regions and mineral-rich soils. Some of the regions are Antigua, Acatenango Valley, Atitlan, Coban Rainforest, Fraijanes Plateau, Huehuetenango Highland, Nueva Oriente, and Volcan San Marcos.
I changed my resident to State of Illinois in USA. I used to work in a coffee shop and roastery company where I learned the process of select the best beans and the method of coffee roasting to perfection. I experienced both worlds, farming and roasting, now I will have a new era in my life. Sanroman Coffee will bring to me a satisfaction that I can provide my experience and excellence to all my clients.
